Initiated the process with Brian Galloway, who answered any and all questions via e mail or phone calls prior to me going to the dealership. Last Thurs. I metBrian at the dealership and he promptly had v any and all questions via e mail or phone calls prior to me going to the dealership. Last Thurs. I metBrian at the dealership and he promptly had vehicles ready for me to look at. He was diligent in pointing things out in terms of the features. We took one for a testdrive and he again asked me questions to fully understand what I was looking for. My main concern at this point was to explain things to my wife who was not with me. Brian had pricing detail as well and fully explained. On friday I went in with my wife and Brian was off so we worked with Phil Parker(handoff was great between Brian and Phil) Phil once again expalind the diferent features and pricing to my wife and I. All the time during my visits Tom Kastadi the General Sales manager was insuring that our questions were being answered and took the time to talk t us to make sure. It is very apparent to us that customer service is of utmost importance. We were comfortable with the pricing as we thought it was very fair. The explainations of the features was great and they made us feel very comfortable and thatthe number one goal was to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The friday evening visit was rainy, they even brougt vehicles inside for us to look at. More

This time we actually went to purchase a used vehicle, were shown many used vehicles but decide Parker at Village Buick GMC and we are very pleased. The price and features that the vehicle had were too enticing to pass up and go with a used vehicle.
