Very happy with the sales department. We drove over 2 hrs to get to their location to test drive a truck they had. We found that the sales rep we were expecting wasn't in, so they had Phil cover. Phil was already busy but he stopped to help, got the first truck and it wasn't as expected. He put that away and we found another to test, loved it and made the deal. Never felt any real pressure to buy, just laid out the details and I made my choice. For us the part that made it so easy to buy here was they delivered our truck to our house in NH. Saving us the hassle of getting temporary plates from NH first. For NH buyers, that makes a big difference especially when it is a two hour trip to the location. Got a great truck at a fair price, and decent price for my trade in. We would buy here again More

I have purchased several vehicles from Phil Medeiros. He had to bring one in from one of your other dealerships. He did so very efficiently. I have had a number of vehicles serviced in the service depar had to bring one in from one of your other dealerships. He did so very efficiently. I have had a number of vehicles serviced in the service department. One, an RV on a Chevy Express Van chassis, had an issue with a serpentine belt. Steve Arnold and the technician determined that the modified belt installed by Roadtrek to accommodate a second alternator was too long. It kept slipping off. They installed a shorter belt and resolved the issue. I have always experienced great service at Colonial. Thanks to all! More
