We purchased our vehicle 8/13/2021 as of today, 10/27/21 I have not heard from Heather, title clerk, regarding the status of my NC plate or registration status. My husband and I both have called multiple times asking for status update or feedback regarding the registration/plate status. Phil in Finance has provided temp plates which will expire again. My issues with this company is lack of communication after the sale is complete. Margaret has been helpful in relying the messages and emails but the follow-up from the other parties mentioned has been limited to none. More

I was impressed with how much knowledge the salesperson had on each of the two vehicles I was considering on buying. Once I chose the vehicle I wanted to buy, my salesperson (Hunter) made sure he pointed had on each of the two vehicles I was considering on buying. Once I chose the vehicle I wanted to buy, my salesperson (Hunter) made sure he pointed out the endless new features in my new car to get a quick look at each and let me know if I needed to call him after I bought the car to help explain how to work a feature that he would be glad to help after the sale too.
