William went above and beyond to understand my needs and provided clear, honest information without any pressure. The entire process was smooth and transparent, and I felt well-supported every step of the way. The dealership's facilities were clean and welcoming, and the financing options were explained thoroughly. I highly recommend Chicago motors to anyone looking for a new car. They truly make the car-buying experience enjoyable and stress-free! I’ve bought 2 previous cars here and believe me I will be back for my third. More

I was very scared at first because we had never done a purchase online. We got there they pick us up from the airport and since there the customer service exceeded our expectations! Lying Dishonest Sales People I purchased a 2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS550 from Greater Chicago Motors last year in October 2018 & I've been having problems with this car since practica I purchased a 2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS550 from Greater Chicago Motors last year in October 2018 & I've been having problems with this car since practically the beginning! Immediately after picking it up & driving the car home to Michigan, I observed a clicking noise when I applied the brakes & two days after that, the check engine light came on & started flashing & the car would start to shake & vibrate! I discovered that the emergency brake cable was broken, so I couldn't use the emergency brake to park on an incline. I also smelled gas, hoping it wasn't a gas leak. I took it to a shop & was told that the engine was misfiring. I was told that the engine was running lean, that the car had a bad ignition coil & the control arms needed to be replaced, that's why I was hearing the clicking noise when applying the brakes! I was also told it needed a new thermostat sensor. I was asked by the mechanic if I'd ever been in an accident with the car & I advised him no. The mechanic told me that he could see that the car had been in an accident because the front end was somewhat off centered! You can't really tell unless you closely look at & inspect the front end. He showed me how the hood was not flush with the front end & showed me all types of gaps throughout the front end! He said that someone attempted to fix the car, but did a poor job in doing it! I was shocked because the sales person, Ro, told me the car was a recent trade & that the Carfax came back clean & it had not been in any accidents. I didn't immediately check the Carfax & took his word for it, but after being told by the mechanic that the car had been in an accident, I finally checked the Carfax & discovered that the car had been in two separate accidents, the first in May 2017 & the other in August 2017, during 18 months it was at Greater Chicago Motors, so it wasn't a recent trade! Greater Chicago Motors had the car for a year & a half! I also discovered that over 18,000 miles was put on the car during those 18 months it was at Greater Chicago Motors, so someone at the dealership had been driving the car like it was their own personal vehicle while putting miles on it, got into two accidents with it, then Ro lied to me by stating that the car was a recent trade & hadn't been in any accidents! Unfortunately I took him at his word because I've purchased cars back home in Michigan from high end dealerships before & the sales people were always honest, but he wasn't. He was just trying to make a quick sale. During the financing process, Chad the finance manager also told me there were no issues with the car. When I later called to complain to Phil, the sales manager, he denied having any knowledge of the car being in any accidents while it was at the dealership & stated he didn't know what employee(s) would've caused it. Once again, another lie! He stated that if I wanted to bring the car back in & trade it for another one, I could do so. I asked him why would I trade the car for another one after they sold me a lemon in the first place! I told him they wouldn't give me what I paid for the car, so I'd only be taking a loss. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to purchase a car from Greater Chicago Motors. Their sales people are dishonest & will lie just to make a sale! Its stressful because I would've never purchased the car if I'd known it was in an accident! More

Excellent Customer service Phil was helpful, courteous, professional and patient. Anytime you buy a car it’s stressful, when you make it a high end vehicle it’s even more so. Phil Infante is a true professional One thing I noted from my experience completing the transaction for my vehicle is I asked Phil how to open the top covering the gas cap. As I completed my test drive and began the purchase process I completely forgot. As I was about to drive way with my new vehicle Phil showed me how to open the cover to the gas cap. That was very important to me that Phil took note of my request and followed through. A professional like Phil pays attention to the small details. Thanks Phil. More
