Phil helped us right out of the gate without feeling like a pushy salesman that we had experienced so many other places. He was genuine and relatable and stayed late (on a holiday, no less). We traded our car in and walked away with our new one within an hour with what we felt was a fair deal for both parties. Quienten made us feel comfortable, and perhaps even more importantly, he made sure the paperwork was painless. Overall we had a great experience at Interstate Ford and wish we had come straight here.
