This is our 3rd Family Car we have bought with Keffer Mazda and couldn't be any happier. Katt is an amazing and very knowledgeable sales rep and certaily knew her Mazda's in and out helping to make this Mazda and couldn't be any happier. This was a very refreshing experience. I had made an appointment to go to Keffer for Saturday January 25. However, in the intervening time, I found and made a deal completly online with I had made an appointment to go to Keffer for Saturday January 25. However, in the intervening time, I found and made a deal completly online with another dealer. So, I sent an email thanking them for their time, but cancelling the appointment. I received a text on Friday from Josh Tilley, New Car Manager, asking if they could try to beat the offer that the other dealer had provided. I texted Josh back the details, and a few minutes later I heard back from Nick Defelice, General Manager, stating he could beat that deal and to come on down. Now, I have bought quite a few cars, so I took that statement with a healthy dose of cynicism. But I had to be in the area of the dealer that night anyway, so I stopped in. I was pleasantly greeted by Daemion, who got me set up with Jordan. Jordan told me that the car was already in detail... I said whoa, we haven't made a deal yet. So we went inside, and while the price they were giving me was lower, the payments weren't lining up. Jordan went back and worked with Josh, and then all three of us sat down and hashed out the details. In the end, I got the deal I was looking for and Nick was true to his word - they did beat the deal. I even walked away with more than I was looking for! I then met with Phil to sign the papers and finish the finance side of things. Phil was personable and professional, and we were done in no time. The car still had some work to do in detailing, so I said I would come back to pick it up the next morning. The entire process, from the time Daemion greeted me until I walked out the door, was just over an hour... Well, I went in today to finish up, pay my down payment and take delivery. I was expecting to be there for about an hour or so... I was in and out in 10 minutes. Phil took my payment and had me sign a few papers, while at the same time Jordan was putting the temp tag on my car. I shook hands with Phil, shook hands with Josh, and was out the door. Jordan showed me the features of the car and set me up with the Mazda Connected Services, and that was that. I don't usually come online and write "good" reviews. Much like everyone else, I'm very quick to go and write one when something is bad, but don't take the time when it's great. I wanted to be sure to leave a review in this case because I had no expectations of them actually matching the deal, much less beating it. Add to that it was one of the fastest and most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. I would highly recommend Keffer Mazda to anyone in the market for a new car in the Greater Charlotte/Lake Norman area. Everyone I interacted with was personable and very easy to work with, and I'm glad I took the time to go down and see what they had to offer. More

Sonny (Sales) and Phil (Finance) were absolutely fantastic. Sonny was very professional and answered all my questions on the Mazda CX-50 compared to CX-5. I know that I am a hard person to sell. I told him in the beginning that I was a very busy lady and I did not have time to go back and forth. He got everything right on the money within 2 attempts. This was my first time buying a vehicle from Keffer Mazda. I had a wonderful experience with Sonny and would seek him out as my salesperson in the future. Then it was Phil's turn. He and I hit it off wonderfully. We would have gotten done sooner if he and I weren't talking about life in general. I think we could probably talk for hours. I really had a great experience with him too. I liked the fact that the paperwork was not a very long process. He did not try to over sell the various packages of the extended warranties. I did finally make a decision on what package that was best for me. I am a loyal person when it comes to car dealerships. I am usually a repeat customer. This is my 3rd Mazda and I love them. The next vehicle that I buy if my husband wants a Mazda, we will definitely come to Keffer. I will recommend Sonny and Phil to all my friends and colleagues. I do not believe in anyway was I taken advantage of or sold a vehicle just for the sake of selling a car. I was by myself and was treated with respect and the up most kindness. More

A+ experience. I called this dealership to inquire about a vehicle that Mazda USA showed was expected to arrive in December. I had the pleasure of speaking with B I called this dealership to inquire about a vehicle that Mazda USA showed was expected to arrive in December. I had the pleasure of speaking with Brian Webb who confirmed this vehicle was expected in December but he had the same spec. currently sitting in their showroom. I wasn't sure at the time if Mazda USA had any incentives and explained to Brian that I wasn't in a hurry and would probably opt to wait in hopes that end-of-year incentives could entice me to pull the trigger. I had previously spoke to a couple of other dealers and explained the same and they didn't know or maybe not bothered to tell me 0% @ 36mo was currently available. I explained that I had a trade in exceptional condition and gave him the opportunity to quote a fair trade allowance. A credit to both Brian and the management staff at Keffer, I spent minimum time on hold and was able to swing a deal and had a signed proposal just a couple of hours later. I drove the 250 miles early the next morning and very pleased that the car and paperwork were prepared when I walked in the door. Everything 100% as proposed the previous day. At no time did I ever feel rushed and Brian made sure to answer all my questions and made sure I was 100% comfortable with understanding all the great features of the car before sending me off :) I had my gorgeous Miata RF Club in the driveway with plenty of daylight left to enjoy. Thanks Brian and Keffer. Keep up the great work. Will definitely give you guys a call when it's time to add another Mazda to the family fleet. More
