Kind, Helpful and knowledgeable, the team at Videon Chevrolet made the car-purchasing experience a pleasant one. Would recommend to others for future car purchases. Chevrolet made the car-purchasing experience a pleasant one. Would recommend to others for future car purchases. More

The issues, when I purchased the car was told they would get me a great rate since my credit was so good. Rate given was 8.99% didn't think much of at the time since it was basically the same as I was quoted for other cars looked at. The next day I realized I was taken advantage of since the other cars were older and tend to have higher interest rates. So I was luckily able to refinance with a local bank for 5.49%. So make sure you either have financing in place before going there or pay cash. They are not out to help you. One other issue was the coolant reservoir was not full, they tried to take care of it. They said it was where it needed to be but didn't even come up to the low level on the reservoir. Had to take it to another shop and have them verify no leaks just still very low for some reason. The last was I heard a little noise from the rear on the test drive which didn't really get too loud. After having the car and driving further the noise was much louder and I figured it was an all-wheel drive vehicle and maybe a little louder than usual since base model with minimal sound insulation. A friend stated it sounded like a wheel bearing. Back to another shop and they confirmed the one rear wheel bearing is extremely noisy and the other one noisy but not as bad as the other. Was told the one needs to be replaced and the other should be since already noisy as well. While it was in I asked them to look at another noise that turned out to be a rusted heat shield rubbing on exhaust. Chevy did look at car but said in their opinion a noisy bearing is not a bad bearing and to replace it is just the other shop's opinion. KBB and many others' opinions is to replace when noisy. After 1.5 months of ownership regretting my purchase from this dealer. More
