Add that to the list of features I wanted, and I wasn’t sure I was going to find what I was looking for. Until I got in contact with Michael, not only was he patient and attentive, but he was also able to answer all my questions and educate me as well. He even went in on his day off to accommodate my busy schedule and took his time to go through every feature and button and answer any questions I had. After deciding the 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan was the car for me, he sent me to Phil in financing who was also awesome! He was able to get me a lower interest rate than I had originally signed for and took his time to learn more about my family and how often we drive. He understood how important a reliable, safe vehicle with a good warranty meant to me so he made that happen. I drive my Volkswagen with confidence and am very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I could go on and on and have with some friends and family already! As if it couldn’t get any better, not only do I have a vehicle that I love and that has the features I was looking for, but I also have the diamond ceramic cosmetic package for the interior and exterior, as well as a warranty that covers all my moving parts and so much more, & I am under budget!!!!!!!
