I would highly recommend Larry Miller Toyota to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. All of the sales people including the finance manager were very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and respect looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. All of the sales people including the finance manager were very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful during the process of obtaining a new vehicle. Not one of them used any high pressure tactics to earn our business. This rating only allows five stars but I think they deserve ten. More

The FTC is determined to make you guys a 5 star dealer even if you dont want to be. Forcing your customers to pay $200 for nitrogen for tires is predatory in nature. $200 for wheel locks and these aren't even if you dont want to be. Our original quote never had a window etching system included, they decided to add this afterwards which again, was not an option a customer could remove. Then we see it on the car and it is a sticker. That's right a sticker that can be peeled up. 2 stars because the people we worked with were nice, but predatory and not transparent the way pricing structure breaks down. More

George Henderson is without a doubt one of the best cars rep out there. My fiancé and I recently went to Larry H Miller Toyota on Bell Rd in Peoria, AZ with hopes of purchasing a new or used vehicle. George rep out there. My fiancé and I recently went to Larry H Miller Toyota on Bell Rd in Peoria, AZ with hopes of purchasing a new or used vehicle. George and his team went above and beyond to help us meet our needs and worked with us every step of the way. He was incredibly up front and honest with us when discussing the best options for us and even worked with us until close. There was no rush to buy a vehicle that night and he even encouraged us to think it through and discuss it with the family if we needed more time. We ended up going home that night to think it over and even researched more vehicles online. We found a new 2021 Toyota Corolla Hatchback that we really enjoyed the look of and came back to ask George what the chances were of purchasing a new hatchback vs a used one. Again he was up front and honest with us and sat my fiancé and I down to discuss our options. George fought incredibly hard for us to get the vehicle that we wanted and was able to help us get a new hatchback at an amazing price. It blew us away on how much they were able to help us save and I would recommend them 100 times over in a heartbeat. We would also love to give a shout out to George’s manager, Adam Marinaccio, and Phil Bartlett from financing, as they were a big part in helping us to get the best deal possible. Sincerely, George was the best cars rep we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at a car dealership and we will definitely be going back to him when the time comes to buy another vehicle in the future. The whole transaction was smooth and effortless. Alex had several cars lined up for us to test drive, all within our price range. There was no upselling or hard sell tactics like we have experienced at other several cars lined up for us to test drive, all within our price range.
