I arrived roughly 20 minutes prior to my 10:05 am appointment on Saturday July 12, 2025. There were enough cars in line to be seen that I was parked on the HWY 121 frontage road for a short period. I didn't get a chance to see the service writer until I'd been there for almost an hour. Throughout that whole period, I was left to wait in my car. Peter made it right by expediting the service, but it definitely seemed like there was a lack of foresight as to the volume of customers the service department was expecting. Peter saved the situation by putting in the extra effort. He clearly recognized how frustrated I and other customers were. I have no complaints, as far as any other aspect of the service process, for that visit. More

Every time I come I have to be on my defensive because the salesman tries to shove all these things down my throat. I don’t want you to charge me $100 for a $15 bottle of fuel injector and I’m not going t the salesman tries to shove all these things down my throat. I don’t want you to charge me $100 for a $15 bottle of fuel injector and I’m not going to pay $70 for you to change the cabin air filter. I bought two on Amazon for $15 and did it myself with no issues. I wish they would truly tell me what NEEDS to be done not try to add every single thing possible necessary or unnecessary to make money. I want to take good care of my car but I’m not going to go into debt doing it. Maybe offer all the unnecessary services and don’t treat someone like they’re an unreasonable idiot for not wanting to drop 2k on their car every 3 months. More
