Service call turns into a new GLC After turning my GLK in for service, and waiting for our loaner auto, my wife and I went to visit our preferred sales person, Peter Poliandro. After our chitchat he advised that we had only 5 months left on our leased GLK. He then told us about the deletion of 5 months charges and turn in fee, if we leased a new auto. Well, Benzel-Busch now has the GLK and we have a new GLC. All thanks to Peter Poliandro. Peter leased me 3 RX's when he was at Lexus. When I decided to get a different car I called him right away. He gave me a fabulous quote and I leased my first Mercedes. When I went to the dealership the receptionist was very pleasant and offered refreshments right away. Peter was terrific as always with everything ready for us to sign. Efficient as always. My husband was walking around the showroom and said to me maybe when should come back when his BMW 535 is up. Peter introduced us to Deej who explained everything about the car in detail and preset the car for me. When I got into the car I had everything I wanted down to my contacts on my phone preset. How easy it was to just turn on the car and go. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and courteous making my husband and I feel as if we were already part of the Benzel- Busch family.
