Peter seemed very knowledgeable about all aspects of the model I was interested in buying (used MDX) and how the features changed from model year to model year. When I found a suitable vehicle in their online inventory and called about it he held it for me despite interest from other parties and we ended up making a deal on it. Since the vehicle was a new arrival he shuttled it through the certification/servicing process and had it ready when promised with no surprises. They also offered a fair price for my trade whereas the other Acura dealership I visited were lower on my trade and higher on sales prices for older vehicle. I typically find the car buying experience stressful but this was smooth sailing, thanks Peter! More

I found this dealer thru Acura.com submitted a quote request online and I received an email confirmation and price quote within 1 hour. Then the following day I got a call from the internet sales department and she transferred me to talk with the sales rep Camilo Barrientos which he stays at 48th street most of the time. By the way, Paragon Acura has two show room locations, one at 5602 Northern Blvd. and the other one is at 4802 Northern Blvd., these guys are at 4802 are very friendly (treating like a brother) and they work as a team, unlike most of the sales at a dealership else where fighting each other. They’re helping each other from selecting a car, filing paper work and transferring the plates. Believe or not, I purchased this MDX without a test-drive because I drove the older model 2 years ago for about a week from a friend of mine. Another person I would like to mention, Linda Alling, she explained every details and how to operate the MDX. Well educated, great job. Way to go, keep up your team, Murat. After going to Rallye where I was being treated like a complete idiot and given an absurd figure, I lost complete interest in the Acura vehicle I originally wanted. Luckily, I chose Paragon (even though the drive can feel like you're going to a far away place due to traffic) and worked with Peter. Peter was phenomenal!!! He showed nothing but courtesy, respect, and friendliness as he was truly competitive and transparent with his number. Within a day, I made the purchase as he showed nothing but exceptional customer service. He was never afraid to say he didn't know and never once put any pressure on me to make a deal as soon as possible. Before going to Paragon, call and make sure you are working with Peter! You will not regret it at all! Best part of all is that I was driving out with my vehicle after signing the deal which only a day before was in Brooklyn! Amazingly prompt. More
