One of the rear seats in my 2022 GLE350 wouldn't go up so I called Peter Poppa and he told me to bring it in. I dropped off my vehicle for service, Fred got me a loaner and I was on my way. Jay called me the next day that the peoblem was fixed and my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When i got there I returned the loaner and my vehicle was clean and ready. Great experience! Since the below review the issue has been resolved. I was reached out by Peter Papadogiannis who worked with us personally to get us to the numbers we needed. He worked very hard along with Amanda Marie Viera to get us into our new 2021 GLE 350 and to rectify the mishaps I faced before. Amanda is extremely wonderful, kind, and a fun loving person who treated us like family and made the entire process so seamless for me. I didn't have to return to the dealership until the vehicle was ready for pick up. And even then, the paperwork was ready to go, everything was done in advance and all we did was sign and take our SUV which had a beautiful red bow for us! I would highly recommend Amanda as their sales manager to anyone! Thank you to Amanda, Peter and Brandy who really helped us just in time for our baby's arrival. The below review was written July 5th Horrible customer service and extremely rude managers (Nick) specifically! Just because the market has less supply and more demand they treat you like garbage!! I am 9 months pregnant and they made me sit there for 3 hours even though i spoke to Vishnu the same day at 12:30 pm. He then denied ever speaking to us and in those 3 hours couldnt even show face to give an explanation. No deal was made. We were reached out by client services and we spoke to Peter who gave us numbers. We called back and spoke to Nick since Peter wasnt there to finalize numbers and make a deal and Nick was condescending, rude, would not let us speak. My husband asked if he could please finish his thought and Nick said no you cant because you dont understand!! They are not interested in selling cars or making deals because they dont have a reason to and so they treat you like xxxx! I would never ever go back to this horrible dealership ever again! For the weeks of runaround, the lack of respect to their client, and the lack of respect for putting a pregnant person through so much unwarranted stress!! More
