A native of London, England, Peter Mapp has enjoyed more than 40 years in NE Ohio. His passion for the car business began in 1991 and his vision of creating 10 year positive memories for his clients is fundamental to all aspects of his Lexus and Toyota dealerships operations. An avid Cleveland sports fan, Pete also has a passion for the game of soccer and follows his favorite Team, Manchester United. Residing in Medina, his daughter Kylie is studying Hospitality Management at Kent State University while working at Fairlawn Country Club, while his son, Alex, an Ashland University Graduate continues to chase his dreams having just completed his 3rd season of playing professional soccer in Sweden. Mapp also enjoys running with his 2 dogs, Bentley and Bruno at our beautiful Metro Park system and is actively involved in a wide variety of fundraising initiatives including lifesaving cancer research with Velosano and The American Cancer Society.

Metro Lexus and our amazing sales person Candice Thomas provided us with the ultimate Lexus customer experience!!! I’ve been a Toyota team member at the Georgetown Kentucky factory for 31 years and countin provided us with the ultimate Lexus customer experience!!! I’ve been a Toyota team member at the Georgetown Kentucky factory for 31 years and counting but unfortunately the dealerships in my area (Lexington, Kentucky) would not honor my Toyota employee discount, Thankfully for my wife and I Candice was kind enough to honor my discount with the help of her manager. Every facet of this purchase experience was amazing, from honest and prompt communication, to listening to the customers needs, and even creative financing. Today we picked up our new vehicle and were treated like royalty by the entire staff! It almost felt like we had won a game show rather than purchased a new car! We can’t say enough for our amazing salesperson and this incredible flagship dealership. We will recommend Candice and Metro Lexus to any and all who will listen to our expertise! More

This was our first Lexus purchase, although we’ve owned Toyota’s over the years. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful, but Colin and the management team did not pressure us into the purchase and were pr Toyota’s over the years.
