At the tender age of five, Peter found the love of automobiles to be somewhat insatiable, collecting and building an inordinate amount of models. His favorites of course, were Porsche. His thirst for knowledge of all types of vehicles continued and he gravitated towards racing bicycles, eventually moving into motorcycles by the age of fourteen and then automobiles. After attending DePaul and Northwestern University, he was involved with BMW Motorrad for nearly eighteen years before joining The Porsche Exchange in March of 2016. As a lifelong enthusiast, it's no surprise that he finally felt at home among our Porsche Exchange family. His interests include exploring new restaurants, traveling, music, hockey, soccer, riding any of his many motorcycles and driving his GT3 Touring. My experience with Peter from the beginning was based on directness and respect. He was always upfront with me about where things stood in the waiting game for my ultimately new 2026 Targa4 GTS. Peter guided me through my first Porsche purchase with deep knowledge and patience. Even though we were in separate states (IL and NJ) we spoke often and in great detail. What can I say that hasn't already been said about Pete and his ability to make one feel incredibly special and elated to acquire one's dream car. Getting the call to acquire my 911 Turbo S last year was incredible, only to be surpassed by getting the call to acquire my GT3 Touring. The consummate professional when walking you through the process and is there to share in your joy and elation when the car arrives. If you want a Porsche, and specifically a 911, there isn't anyone else in Chicago that can match his abilities. I'm fortunate enough to call him a friend as well. More
