Some background on myself: I'm a military veteran and a family man with 2 wonderful children and a marriage that I have enjoyed for over 30 years. I really love making new connections, whether it be business or personal, and believe that long term relationships are one of life's finest gifts. Sales person lied about remote start being a feature included with car without paying additional monthly fee. It works from the key fob for 3 months then the feature is turned off by Toyota and you ha included with car without paying additional monthly fee. It works from the key fob for 3 months then the feature is turned off by Toyota and you have to pay a monthly fee for remote start to work. I asked about this as I had heard you have to pay extra for this feature. Salesperson assured me it is only if you want the app and sent a video of remote start from key fob. He neglected to share this feature is disabled by Toyota after 3 months. More
