Peter Dillion, as our service coordinator, gave us an estimate of possible time the service would be finished but cautioned that there were a lot of cars in for service and our work might not be completed on Friday. He called around 4:30 in the afternoon and confirmed the work was not completed, but assured us it would be done on Saturday morning. (The delay was not a problem, as we had been provided a loaner vehicle) The car was ready Saturday morning and we received a call to that effect. Return of the loaner and pickup of our car were simple and quick.
