I have been with ALIP for almost 10 years and had people fighting to purchase my 2004 RX330, which I had purchased and maintained there over the years. The dealership from the Service Department to the Sales Department, truly treats you like family and give excellent service on all levels. This time I visited three different dealers and like always decided on Arlington Lexus. The reason I chose AL is because they are willing to work with me in a professional and kind manner. I was very pleased that even thought I was dealing with only salesmen they never questioned the fact that I was buying the vehicle without my husband. I was treated with respect and professionalism. This time I had the pleasure to deal with a new salesman who made my experience even more pleasurable. His name is Muhammed Patel. He assisted me with all the documents because my salesman, (who is great) Juan Estela was off that day. Muhammed was very attentive and he make sure that my vehicle arrived on time. Peter was also very helpful explaining the new navigational system. Jesse was great. He worked with me to ensure that I was able to get the financing on my own. Chuck was so kind to take me for a test drive of the new GX model, he did not have to do this because he was not the salesman. My overall experience was great.
