I lease a new Q4 ETron. It’s been nothing but a nightmare. I had already been to the shop at Palo Alto Audi twice and San Jose Audi once. Neither of those dealerships would It’s been nothing but a nightmare. I had already been to the shop at Palo Alto Audi twice and San Jose Audi once. Neither of those dealerships would even try to dig into the problems my car was having. But your service guy that took all my info and the head guy over the department both listened to what I had to say and found my complaints verifiable. They actually spent the time to try to figure out what was going on with my car and then they dug in and did what they could to fix the majority of the problems. They worked with Audi engineers and got some answers. The tech guy at Palo Alto totally dismissed my complaints even when I showed him videos of that was happening in the car. San Jose heard one of the issues when he was with me but then said he couldn’t verify it. So I can’t thank the team in Fremont enough. I’m not keeping my car after the lease is up but the gentlemen I worked with helped me regain faith in Audi. Thanks. More

I went to Audi Fremont for my third service. Scheduling the appointment was easy and hassle free, they provided me with the loaner vehicle. However, the overall experience was not good at all. Scheduling the appointment was easy and hassle free, they provided me with the loaner vehicle. However, the overall experience was not good at all. My car Audi Q3 2020 model is making clucking sounds when I am going over the bumps. This was the second time I gave my car to the dealership for this concern. First time - the technicians were unable to replicate the sound which is understandable and acceptable. However, this time I made sure to perform a road test with one of their employee and he was able to verify the sound. I came home and after a week when I reached out to Audi Fremont - they told me that there is no noise and technicians are unable to hear or replicate the sound in road test. Then I had to again go to their location - I did the road test again, verified the sound and guess what "same person was doing the road test " who did it the first time. They do not have proper communication within their dealership itself and he was joking with me that you could have told them to ask this person about the noise. "If I had to tell them, after doing the road test first time then what was his job and as if I remembered his name" This time I thought that the technicians will be able to find the root cause of the issue. Unfortunately, my service advisor told me that the technician said - "I am being advised by your service tech that the creaking sound is normal" , "The creek was verified and it is normal" -- Seriously!! Is it normal to have creaking sound in a newly bought car having 27k miles???? How come is this normal with a multinational motor brand. More
