I also want to say that the staff working with us was great. Our situation was a bit difficult and the staff worked with us. We wound up buying a used vehicle instead of new one because we liked an older feature of the vehicle more than the new vehicle feature. As our working relationship builds my response may change to a better one. I just don’t feel that an immediate rating is warranted for the dealership as a whole. I would rather have given a rating NA for the dealership itself as a whole and a number rating for the employees we worked with. I do feel internally, that the employees were a great team to work with especially our salesman Pete!
