I Had a Great Experience at Richard Lucus Subaru I have had such negative experiences at other car dealers that I came into Richard Lucas Subaru expecting to walk out without a car. Pete Palumbo was my salesperson and he was fantastic! He wasn't pushy, he was informative, he moved us along in a timely manner and I was thrilled with the way we were treated. We then met with Greg Fahy, General Manager, who was also a pleasure to deal with. I was pleased with the price of the car and the way that Mr. Fahy treated us. We then moved on to Michael Brack, Finance Manager, who once again was a pleasure to deal with. He was patient with me, explained everything and answered any question that I had. He was informative and not at all pushy either. I would recommend Richard Lucas Subaru and the gentlemen that I worked with to anyone. I went from having terrible experiences at car dealerships to having a really great experience at a car dealership! More
