And called the police on me after all of that the police say to me that they just did not want to sale me the car after run my name in seeing in fact my business is real I feel very disappointed and disrespected and the team member at Napleton Aston Martin Maserati I’m surprise that Aston Martin Maserati would have people working for them like that if I could I would leave a 0 Star ⭐️ review More

Today the The owner of the dealership himself called to thank me I for my purchase I I’m extremely happy with my 2020 Ford 150 raptor purchase unbelievable snd when closing the deal I was in snd out in less the a couple or hours everyone was so polite Dora in financing runs you threw every little Detial and I have to say They guarantee what they’re selling you no tricks no gimmicks I just can’t say enough of my experience they are a 10 times 100 !!!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life! The pictures online and the video that was emailed to me look totally different then the car in person. I flew from Atlanta to purchase Porsche life! The pictures online and the video that was emailed to me look totally different then the car in person. I flew from Atlanta to purchase Porsche Panamera think this was a trustworthy dealership. The back tail light had a big chunk of glass broken off, both tail lights were burned and someone had installed tint on the windows which had bubbles and peeling tint everywhere. To make it worst once I text drive the car the dashboard started flashing please add one quart of oil. The dealership made so many excuses. But I knew then I needed to leave. It was a holiday weekend, I had purchased a one way ticket and most airlines and hotels were sold out. They didn’t even offer to give me a ride to the airport yet when they wanted to make money they picked me up upon my arrival. The Sales Associate and Sales Manager were nice but it’s not making since they didn’t see all of this damage. The General Manager of the store was so nasty and mean to me after I decided I didn’t want to by a car they had falsely advertised to me. My advice to anyone is go in person and read reviews about this place. I should’ve read reviews first because there true. Thanking God that I decided to fly and pick it up. Again the worst experience ever! More

My rating for this dealership is zero. I talked to this salesman about 2014 corvette that they had forsale we agreed on a price site unseen. That i was coming 250 miles on May 6 to buy this car.On may 5th salesman about 2014 corvette that they had forsale we agreed on a price site unseen. That i was coming 250 miles on May 6 to buy this car.On may 5th I get a call from my salesman saying that the Manger had raised the price of the corvette to 49,500.00. And I said I thought we made a deal and he said we did but its not fault. So I called the Manger and he said in some many words O well .this is Very unprofessional how they treated me. You live and you learn I wouldn't never recommend anyone to this dealership. More

Let me start by saying when things are not perfect in the world in which we are currently living, my husband and I had the most amazing experience with Alina(Sales). From the moment I reached out via email A world in which we are currently living, my husband and I had the most amazing experience with Alina(Sales). From the moment I reached out via email Alina made her self available. They keep me and my husband in the loop, when the first car we saw was sold. Alina assured me they had something we would like. Between Alina, Perry, and the Dora we felt like we were amongst family. Perry (GM) is the face of the business and let me tell you, he’s certainly an example for those that are watching him lead. We didn’t need a car, we wanted a car, at anytime we could have walked away, but because of their customer service we couldn’t (didn’t) leave without a car. Dora (finance manager) did an amazing job providing use with the information we need to make an informed decision. We weren’t pressured to add on additional things we made the decision that made since for us.
