A Memorable Experience I wasn't in the market for a car as I had recently purchased a 2018 Cadillac. I have owned 3 Porsche's in the past and never had a problem. I have an I wasn't in the market for a car as I had recently purchased a 2018 Cadillac. I have owned 3 Porsche's in the past and never had a problem. I have an attraction towards the Porsche Panamera for quite some time. Admittedly, this sounds crazy and unfortunately can't explain what caused me to go onto "Car Guru's" but I did, and there was a Porsche Panamera at Napleton Aston Martin Maserati that seemed to have my name on it. I seemed to be in a trance and filled out a profile. I remember sitting at home with my son who I guess thought I was just surfing the "net". That's when it all began. I received a call from Vince in Sales who introduced himself and the dealership. Rather than try to sell me over the phone he was more concerned to try to understand what I was looking for, and answer any questions I had. He scored a 10+ on all fronts. I travel frequently and happened to be home between trips. I decided to schedule an appointment to visit the dealership and see the car. I surprised my 15 year old son who is an exotic sports car enthusiast and can tell you just about anything you would ever want to know about these cars that we were going to look at the car. When we arrived we weren't attacked by a barrage of Salespeople. We got out of the car and looked around and soon saw this beautiful machine that had captured my attention. Needless to say there are plenty of cars there that make the "AutoShow" look like a amusement park. I saught out Vince who was very cordial. We engaged in some small talk that really had nothing to do with the purchase of car. We eventually got to that subject. He pulled the car in the service garage. Together we walked around the car with him pointing out the features and continuing answer my questions. All the while my son must have felt he was in a dream and didn't want to wake up. We went on a test drive and again all of expectations were met. We returned and sat in his office and started to talk about the possibility of a purchase. I soon met Perry who inquired about my trading my Cadillac. Perry too was very personable and said that he would do all that he could to give me too dollar if I and whenever I would be interested in a trade. I then inquired about financing. Vince immediately deferred to the Business Office acknowledging that was not his area of expertise. I then met Rick who spent a considerable amount of time talking about finance, the economic comparisons between what I was driving (i.e. Cadillac) and what I was inquiring about. Although I loved my car, and really had no reason to get rid of it I knew that the car was depreciating at a more accelerated pace than I had planned for. I can say with confidence that my interactions with Vince, Perry, and Rick was not staged. They were genuine and sincere in their conversations and never pushed a sale. I left the dealership non committal only to say that I would call the next day. Soon after we left I received a call from a young women (I'm sorry I forgot her name) who thanked me for coming in and offered any assistance in answering any further questions that I might have. The reality was that I needed to become comfortable with the transaction and make sure that this would be the prudent thing for me personally to do. The next day I received a call from Sebastian the Sales Manager who too thanked me for coming in and my interest in purchasing a car from Napleton Ast on Martin Maserati. He questioned if there were any questions and hoped that we could do business. It was then that I was convinced that this was the right thing to do. Nothing lasts forever, but I hope these guys continue with the synergy they have amongst themselves. As for me and although this was a used car purchase there is nowhere else I would want to go to for my next car. Rest assured I'm appreciative, an advocate, and of course a customer whose experience and expectations were exceeded. More

Best car buying experience we have ever had We didn't think that it would be possible to buy a car and not spend hours and hours at the dealership, going back and forth with the General Manager We didn't think that it would be possible to buy a car and not spend hours and hours at the dealership, going back and forth with the General Manager and the Financial Manager and Sales Rep and so on.. BUT it is possible with Sebastian Wrobel at Napleton Aston Martin Maserati!! We have never had a more "pleasant, non-time consuming" experience while buying a car! They made it so easy for us, stress free and they were very professional not to mention how patient they were with me and my doubts since we were buying a car from 600 miles away!! I have to say, it was a very fun adventure! My husband was very happy and pleased with the car we got and how we were treated even though we had already signed all the paper work before we got to the car dealership they took their time with us and showed us around and let us browse some more in their show room!! We will definitely be back! Thank you Sebastian and Jackson! More

Great customer service and respectful of my wishes I started searching for a premium used Lincoln navigator several months ago and identified this vehicle at Napleton Aston Martin. Over the course of a I started searching for a premium used Lincoln navigator several months ago and identified this vehicle at Napleton Aston Martin. Over the course of a few additional months I corresponded via email with many of the folks at Napleton. They were always kind and courteous with their responses and gave useful information without harassing me. When it came time to pull the trigger, I called up Sebastian and talked through a couple specific desires of which Napleton was able to accommodate. I arrived at the dealership and met Vince, who was nothing less than spectacular. His humor and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Perry was awesome and routinely checked up on my needs to make sure I was happy with their business. I love my new navigator and I love the service and warm feelings that were bestowed upon me by everyone at the Napleton Aston Martin dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a higher-end luxury vehicle by respectful people who understand their customer's desires. More

'17 Maserati Gran Turismo Sport routine service Last year bought my Maserati GT from Aimee at Continental Ferrari Maserati. Now Napleton Aston Martin took over the Maserati franchise, & Aimee joine Last year bought my Maserati GT from Aimee at Continental Ferrari Maserati. Now Napleton Aston Martin took over the Maserati franchise, & Aimee joined Napleton, too. Bought in my Maserati for it's one year checkup & re-connected with Aimee who introduced me to Perry the general manager. I was especially pleased to meet the general manager, because unsolicited I wanted to tell him how pleased I was Ed the service manager, & Jim the service advisor. My Maserati is somewhat of an exotic car. It's important for me to know if I have a problem that I have a place to bring to get my car serviced in a honest professional way. As soon as I walked into the service department I knew I had made the right choice. Immediately they greeted me in a courteous professional way. They were thorough explaining what needed to be done & what it would cost. The bill was expensive, but in line or maybe better than what the going rate is. When I picked it up the next day everything was done as promised & on time. Exceeded my expectations. More
