I have been coming to Lexus of Warwick for sales, parts and service for a number of years and there is not one department that takes it for granted. They have always treated me as if I was there for the fi and service for a number of years and there is not one department that takes it for granted. They have always treated me as if I was there for the first time, they are always making sure that I keep coming back. When I call PAPINO for service he is always making sure that he accommodates my time for an appointment. When I enter the service bay he makes sure he greets all his customers and then will tell me how long it will take for the service I am there for, he is always spot on and if they find an issue he makes sure he lets me know that if I want to do any other services he will say about how much longer. He is the reason why along with the parts guys and sales managers I keep coming back. More

Terrible. I needed to have the navigation screen looked at. Walked in the front door because had never been there for service before. No one got up greeted me and I had to find my way to service. I stood in the service garag for at least 3 minutes before someone asked me what I needed. When I explain what I was there for he discussed with a service rep who said I needed to talk to someone in the showroom about tech support. She walked with me to my car then said I needed to talk to service department. She walked me back and talk to a different customer service representative. He asked me if I get my car serviced there and I said no. My car is from MI. He wanted to know where I got it serviced I said in Michigan. I felt that because it was my first time there I was not welcomed. I wanted to get my navigation screen fixed so that when I traded in my car to get a new Lexus it would be perfect. Needless to say I did not even look at the new cars because I was shuffled back to Michigan for service. I guess I am buying a new Lexus in Michigan where I get great customer service. Peppino is simply the best!! The customer service he provides is like no other. This is my third Lexus because I refuse to get a different car because of the outstanding service.
