Company will sell you a bad vehicle and claim it’s your fault because of your credit! I purchased a certified used vehicle less than a year ago that has needed 8k in repairs. The company has proceeded to m fault because of your credit! I purchased a certified used vehicle less than a year ago that has needed 8k in repairs. The company has proceeded to make reporting them difficult when asked for all service records they have done to it and asked for their certified qualifications. They repeatedly respond to reviews that I have been sent my requests but I still do not have it. Carefully read through their Facebook reviews, google reviews. Every complaint is answered with how it’s the customers fault. Read the snarky responses to not just myself but plenty of others. If it’s always the customers fault, I suppose not being able to purchase new means you don’t deserve to drive. Not to mention the dangers of faulty vehicles. Especially with small children. It’s truly sickening. 16k+ at a business is more than enough to not need more than simple things, like breaks. A certified vehicle shouldn’t need engine work. They mention accountability, let’s be accountable for selling faulty cars at a high price. I’ve bought several cars in my lifetime. I’ve been to buy here pay here lots that never needed such extensive work. I’ve had cash cars that didn’t require this much. This is the most miserable, hateful company I have ever dealt with. No remorse. No compassion for the customers. Not to mention the expensive faulty work they did on the vehicle and denied claims to. If a vehicle is in your shop and breaks down a week later, a reputable company would make amends. They responded with, I had the work done elsewhere on public platforms when I reviewed only. I have receipts that say I did not. Not to mention, the warranty company would have never paid for the engine work if it had unapproved work done on it. The dishonesty is never ending. More
