After shopping around at numerous car dealers, I ended up at bosak ford! Peggy was the sales person and man was she amazing. Honestly the whole team there was top notch. No one tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t want. Information was politely offered and they were not pushy. The process was painless and quick. I highly recommend shopping here! More

I went to Lakeshore Ford to buy a car is when I met Peggy Malave. She has been selling cars for more than 20 years and has won numerous awards from Ford for her customer service. I can tell you first hand th Malave. She has been selling cars for more than 20 years and has won numerous awards from Ford for her customer service. I can tell you first hand that she is all about customer service.She went as far as opening the doors to the showroom to have the on display moved outside so I could drive it . She is very knowledgeable of the different Ford models features and and was just a pleasure to work with She she was very accommodating.If you want customer service Peggy is the one.
