Do not go or buy from this dealership! !! By far, it was the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. To start, they wasted two weeks of our time. I have been looking for a car f !! By far, it was the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. To start, they wasted two weeks of our time. I have been looking for a car for my brother nationwide and came across this dealership. They afford online paperwork and shipping of your vehicle. My salesman Davin was by far the greatest. He was informative, patient, and kind. We put a down-payment to hold the vehicle while we secured finance. When it got to the financial part, our paperwork kept getting messed up, with wrong prices and incorrect spelling of names. We also had our own financial banks (Chase and Navy Federal) but decided to go with Nissan Financial since the interest rate was 1.5% lower. The financial department sent the paperwork UPS overnight and wanted us to send it back. Not only did we have to pay for this paperwork to be sent back, but they have not given me a refund of $53.00. We were not supposed to be charged for this paperwork being sent overnight. I have been calling and calling trying to get in touch with the finance department and the sales manager when I finally got in touch with Pedro (sales manager) he ruldely rushed Me off the phone saying I have other customers in front of me and told me that he did not secure finance and was not shipping the Vehicle. We just don't understand because we did all this paperwork. I spoke with Nissan Financial LLC, and they said the loan was approved and we should have our car soon. And if Nissan Financial did not approve this loan, We had 2 other banks to cover this transaction. No one ever contacted us. No one said anything. I was told by someone who works there that Pedro did not want to ship us our car because he did not feel comfortable because we are black and the fact that we were buying from out of state. I asked again about my deposit that was held on this vehicle, and he Ruldely stated Your money is being refunded back to your card."" And if you have any further questions contact the finance department. I'm like Pedro, you're in the same building with the finance department. Can you please go see what's going on? we're trying to secure this vehicle...I'm just in awwww.. Pedro When were you gonna Tell us our money was being refunded and when were you gonna Tell us that this is no longer our car so you're selling it from underneath us and giving it to someone else.!!! This Dealership never gave us a chance to contact our other banks. Horrible..Horrible..Horrible This is against the Law and I will be Suing this company. Not only did they take our money and sold the Vehicle to someone else, no one ever got in contact with us and still have not yet received a refund. Please stay far away from this dealership. I was from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm at this dealer trading in my vehicle for a newer one. They couldn’t find my account with Nissan Finance. So I had to send them the payoff letter, the amount I still owe on the my vehicle for a newer one. They couldn’t find my account with Nissan Finance. So I had to send them the payoff letter, the amount I still owe on the previous car etc. because my husbands name was had the last name as a second name. I specifically ask them not to confuse my fathers last name with a second name and they did the whole contract wrong. When we were on our way home the key was with no battery. And they haven’t gave us the gas coupon they promised. I bought the car on Dec 30th and on January 9th they charged me with another payment on the old car. I had to call my bank and stop it because I called Nissan Finance and they said they hadn’t received the payoff. I called the dealer and as neither Pedro nor Jaime were there, “Sussane” told me in a rude way that they had 10 days to send the pay off and I should have stopped the automatic payments. More
