Rodney Houston and Andres from Finance gave me the run

This lack of response caused me to drive to the dealership uncertain if I would take the car home that day. The drive is 45 minutes . The only silver lining are Pedro (salesperson) and Gabriel (finance). After showing up unannounced as Rodney and Andres were not getting back to me, Pedro (salesperson) and Gabriel (finance) helped me purchase the vehicle and sign. They had me out in less than an hour, and didn’t try to sneak in hidden fees and or have me waiting around on them. I’m happy I finally have my new car, but I truly hope I never have to do this again.

We can start from honoring what Pedro told us when he sold me the RAV4 last year, i.e., next major schedule maintenance is covered. The issue has been documented and you can find it easily.

Update- So the dealership rep on this chain took me to email “1:1” channel. First mentioned that there is a change in management, then mentioned there is no documentation and one top of that, instead of solving the issuing, tried to sell me a maintenance package.
The folks who sold me the vehicle with an impression that it has 30k maintenance coverage are still working there. Be careful what they say.

As previously mentioned, the dealership is now operating under both new management and new ownership. After a thorough review, we found no documentation or contractual agreement on file indicating a complimentary 30,000-mile service provided by the previous ownership or Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas.
To support you moving forward, we offered a discounted maintenance package as a goodwill gesture. We understand there may have been some confusion, and we want to assure you that transparency is a core value of our business. We would never intentionally mislead our customers.
Had there been any documentation supporting the complimentary service, we would have honored it without hesitation. Furthermore, the correspondence between you and the previous owners does not substantiate the claim.
We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any further questions or concerns.
