As a former BMW Desk Manager, I'm not easily impressed. I was impressed from the initial contact with Helida. She was so nice and professional and exceeded our expectations. My Ioniq 5 purchase at Hyundai Escondido was a pleasure. I used the Costco auto buying program so I got a great price and no hassle. After a short conversation he texted me a price sheet that included all itemized costs and an out the door total which was basically unbeatable. No pressure to come in the same day, but he kept in touch and was extremely accommodating when scheduling my appointment. The showroom was pleasant and they had water and coffee readily available. Andy was super helpful and friendly throughout the process. He handled my numerous questions about pricing for different trim levels, extended warranty, trade-in, etc. Once we settled on the exact car, things were pleasant, and they were thorough and deliberate with all the paperwork. Our finance rep, Brian, was very professional and did not push any unnecessary options. They were offered of course, but there was no pressure once I declined, which I appreciated. Not the speediest process. It took about 5 hours from start to finish, but I was very happy with the whole process and would absolutely recommend this dealership based on my experience. Andy even came to my house (35 minute drive from the dealership) to pick up the pink slip on my trade-in. A+ for Andy, Brian, and the whole team at Escondido Hyundai. More
