The important point here isn't that they got it right but the fact they owned up and made it right. I purchased a Rav 4 last week and the dealer prep guys didn't do the window tinting. We did an internet deal. Found out when I got there that the MSRP was not correct as documented by our sales guy--which definitely affected the negotiation.
