Every client is assigned a business development rep, a product specialist and as needed you communicate directly with your sales manager when you have pricing questions. And to make sure everything went well during your purchase and you transition well to service our Brand Ambassador follows up afterwards. It looks like you tagged some people that do not reflect in your communications records in our CRM. We will meet with them to ensure they are communicating appropriately and to see why they were tagged in during your purchase.
