Knowing we were also working full time in remote environment and had limited flexibility and time, she struck the perfect balance with our communication. True Mercedes Service Paula has been wonderful to work with! I needed to return my leased Mercedes and wished a new one but found the dealership I leased from and another Paula has been wonderful to work with!
