Unsatisfactory with The Sharpest Rise First of all seller Sergio Torres unprofessional first week with the jeep. It broke down(not even a week). It was two weeks in the shop with NexGen. three months seller Sergio Torres unprofessional first week with the jeep. It broke down(not even a week). It was two weeks in the shop with NexGen. three months now the Jeep broke down again and it has already been one straight month on the shop. Day one my son and me went to The Sharpest Ride to get his first car with a 5,000 down payment. I cosign with him a with credit with 669 possible good. The seller never explained us nothing about the jeep. The only thing that he said that we were approved and that’s it. I don’t know because we were excited. We block ourselves until we were signing when we got to the part of signing of how many accidents that it had and explaining that if our seller went through all of that with us is when we realize that he never told us nothing and second when we got to the page of signing how much was gonna be in total we were like what! and the guy told us didn’t. Sergio went through this with you guys and we were like no he did not. I know that at the moment there were a few red flags in there, but we were excited. My son was happy because he was getting his first car so we sign another thing. The Sharpest Ride sold us a car that was not good to driver. My son only had the Jeep for a few days when it broke down the first time not even a week. Second time broke down. The car has been in shop. first week we did receive a phone call from next GEN. They’re always very friendly. She did tell us that they didn’t know exactly when was the car was gonna be fix second week I was calling and there was no response. Friday (second week) went to see sales manager to see if we were gonna get a car borrow cause my son needed his car to work and it was very hard for me to take him and bring him an Uber was so expensive. He gave me his word that on Monday with no exception he was gonna get a car whether they were gonna bring it to the house or to his work that just waited for his phone call I did told him should I rent a car and he said it again no wait for my phone call. He was very distracted, my personal opinion that he was not even a paying attention to me. Monday came ( third week ) and no phone call nothing. The third week, I was calling Franckie the customer care. I have no answers. I emailed them an to sales manager, and it says that the address was not found when I was calling to The Sharpest Ride. They would answer me and supposedly transfer me, but the phone was never pick up. Fourth week came again No answers no updates. I went personally and and ask for sales manager or someone above sales manager, but instead supposedly Franckie was the sales manager at that moment. I don’t know if they told him to have him speak to me he’s the mechanic ). He did say that it was already approved the warranty, but it was gonna take another week and a half, and he also said that I needed to pay a fee or something like that. They were gonna order already the parts that week and today that I called, he said a different thing that until I don’t give the approval of paying that amount and they were not gonna order the parts and I said why.(he said it really different thing last week.) This is unacceptable. How am I gonna pay something that we don’t even have to fall of it when Sharpest Ride sold me a bad car and my son is still paying for his insurance for his credit In vain. I really hope the shop and The Sharpest Ride get an agreement and fix my son’s car cause we trusted on you if we decided to go get a car in there is because we needed a car not just to be paying in vain in that case we could get a car in marketplace and it was gonna be in our risk if the car was gonna come OK or it was gonna come in a bad condition, but that was gonna be our problem. I asked to speak with the owner, but they said no, and I have seen in the reviews that the owner answers so I really hope this gets to be read and get this resolved. I really upset I don’t recommend The Sharpest Ride More

I honestly couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Michael Aguirre was amazing, he hooked us up with a great car, amazingly low miles, and while the price was above our budget, dealing with the sales Michael Aguirre was amazing, he hooked us up with a great car, amazingly low miles, and while the price was above our budget, dealing with the sales manager was so great, AND I was able to get the price down to something I could manage paying cash for! I will recommend everyone to come here, and I will be back for my next car purchase!! They deserve more than 5 stars!! More

They promised the vehicle was in perfect conditions with no issues. Once the vehicle was delivered to me at my home that is out of state from the dealership, it was delivered with the "check engine" light on. I took it to my local Toyota dealership and was informed it had multiple issues that totaled over $1200. The fog lights also didn't work that l had to purchase new bulbs for as well as the vehicle was said to not have been in any accidents, but the whole passenger side has had body work and a bad new paint job. There is over spray and you can see the bad paint and body work. I have tried multiple times to reach the dealership management with no luck. When I call and ask for a manger, the multiple people that answer the phone, confusingly don't know who their managers are nor do they have an email for managers. I have emailed my salesperson multiple times with no response. I can't get anyone to talk to me about the issues I have. I reached Shavel in customer service and he said that they would cover all the fees, but he has been avoiding my calls now. The last time we spoke, he said his manager Paulie would only cover $500 of the fees, but now Shavel won't answer my calls. This is the shadiest business l've ever dealt with. They avoid my calls and never return my calls. I baught a $30k problem and they are not taking any responsibility for their actions of selling me a bad vehicle. I just want a manager to call me and be financially compensated for their negligence. More

Warning, bait-and-switch. I called about a 2018 Toyota Sienna listed for 19k both on their dealership website and on CarGurus. I confirmed the price and scheduled a test drive I called about a 2018 Toyota Sienna listed for 19k both on their dealership website and on CarGurus. I confirmed the price and scheduled a test drive, as well as an appointment for my mechanic to inspect. A few hours later, the dealer increased the price by 3k on their website. I called about it and the salesman, Mario, gave me his word that they'd honor the original price (he did not explain the increase). I show up for the test drive the next business day, and the price had been increased again by another 3k. So the car is now 6k more than it was listed for when I called—a 33% increase—and now they're sticking to that price. Moreover, Mario, my salesman, was nowhere to be found. He skipped our appointment. The car wasn't ready when I got there, and when they finally rolled it out for me, it wasn't so much as rinsed off. It had dead leaves stuck in the doors and the trunk, and was so dusty someone had written some words in the dust on the hood. Interesting behavior. For added context, the car had been for sale for 220 days, and the price had dropped month by month to where it was when I called. Yet, the first GM I interacted with, trying to ask about the price increase and why I wasted a morning coming out under false pretenses, Paul (pictured, pink shirt), claimed the price I saw was a "glitch," and said the computers were to blame. Then, rudely and out of nowhere, this Paul guy told me I should have come in the day of the "computer glitch" if I wanted the computer glitch price. He then told me to have a nice day and walked off. Again, an interesting choice to be rudely aggressive towards a customer who has a legitimate question about why they're playing games with the price. Another guy, Darryl (pictured, black jacket), came out and claimed the price drop was a human error. When I said that contradicted what Paul had said (and that human error also seemed odd since the car wasn't selling and anyone could see the price dropping month over month the last 8 month), told me, "I guess you never make mistakes, right?" Again, an interesting choice to let his ego get the best of him and insult a customer who showed up early for his appointment to check out their vehicle at a price I confirmed beforehand. Rude, immature behavior from these salespeople. Neither individual cared that Mario, or the GM he said he spoke to, had given their word on the price. What a nightmare experience from start to finish. I got these goofballs down to 21k after arguing for an hour, but the inspection revealed the car needs 5k worth of work. Embarrassingly for the dealership, the car's tires were showing mesh. No wonder it hasn't sold. They made a bade decision at auction and want to pass that bad decision on to their customers. They lied on the phone, they lied in person, and I'm sure if they reply to this review, they'll lie here as well. More

Worst dealership experience ever! Bought a 50k truck from them and have had nothing but problems getting my trade in payed off, check engine light on, poor customer service. They lied Bought a 50k truck from them and have had nothing but problems getting my trade in payed off, check engine light on, poor customer service. They lied to me about the bank, about the numbers, and about the scam warranty that was "included". Be warned, this place is a fraud. They will lie to you about everything and steal your money after dragging their feet to pay your loan off. They owe me money on the loan payoff amount difference. They paid a different amount than what was on the sales contract. Turned off the check engine light without doing any repairs, and said they fixed it. Not true. They even lied about the bank and interest rate. This is not okay. Don't even call them. Avoid at all cost. Even if they have your perfect vehicle. They are participating in fraud. More
