Paul was very professional, courteous and willing to discuss all our needs. He explained everything perfectly and was very enjoyable to deal with. We did not know that our warranty had expired and Pau discuss all our needs. He explained everything perfectly and was very enjoyable to deal with. We did not know that our warranty had expired and Paul called Chrysler to confirm it and was able to get us an extra free oil change due to the low mileage on our truck. Thank you Paul! More

I own '04 Jeep Overland and recently took it in for service at Jones. Both, Steve Martin, service mgr., and recently hired Paul Thomas, service advisor, promptly greeted me upon my arrival and thorough service at Jones. Both, Steve Martin, service mgr., and recently hired Paul Thomas, service advisor, promptly greeted me upon my arrival and thoroughly reviewed the maintenance requirements with me. Both Steve and Paul, were very knowledgeable and professional in handling my service needs. I left with a very confident feeling that the work performed was truly needed and knowledge that it was well coordinated with the service technician. It was one of those positive experiences that does not occur to often these days. In short...the Right Things Were Done Right the FIRST TIME. MY thanks to Steve & Paul...they certainly are major assets to the Jeep Service Dept. @ Jones. More
