A friend of mine referred me to Don and Ron Westphal Chevrolet. He did not know I was coming ahead of time and upon arrival I asked for Don. It was pretty late on a Saturday and he stayed late to answe Chevrolet. He did not know I was coming ahead of time and upon arrival I asked for Don. It was pretty late on a Saturday and he stayed late to answer all of my questions. We even took a test ride. I am happy to say one week later I came home with a new truck. Thank you, Don. I appreciate everything you did and the patience you had during this process.. More

Made appointment and took car in for "immobolizer light". I specifically asked to check the battery and related that we had to charge it to bring it in. Service rep checking me in sarcastically said "yes we I specifically asked to check the battery and related that we had to charge it to bring it in. Service rep checking me in sarcastically said "yes we do all that". Original problem was fixe with no apparent problems. We retrieved car same day. Now next day the car is slow starting as common with dying battery. I called service department. They can't tell me if battery was checked or not. I related about trouble starting but they had nothing to offer except bring it in. Battery problem should have been discovered in first visit. More

Over and Above to help an Out of Towner Kudos to Paul Smith in the Parts Department. I'm a former customer of Westphal Chevy having bought my first two Trucks from them. I moved away and l Kudos to Paul Smith in the Parts Department. I'm a former customer of Westphal Chevy having bought my first two Trucks from them. I moved away and live in Milwaukee now. MY 93 year old Father still lives in Aurora and lost the keys to his 2001 Buick Lasabre. I contacted Paul by phone and he stepped in and researched the key and fob that I needed, contacted the local Locksmith and sent the parts over to him and charged me over the phone. As I drove down from Milwuakee, Paul's magic was at work. By the time I arrived at the Locksmith, the parts had arrived and the researched codes were in the hands of the Locksmith. In no time at all, I was at my Father's house synching the new key. A half hour later, my Dad's car was working again and I was on my way back to Milwaukee. Although the drive was long, the result was great ! Thank you so much, Paul. I truly appreciate the great service !! More

Chevy should be proud of this dealership My wife and I went to test drive a 2002 Trailblazer LTZ with only 63,000 mi on it. We had been looking at higher mileage TB's with lower list prices, My wife and I went to test drive a 2002 Trailblazer LTZ with only 63,000 mi on it. We had been looking at higher mileage TB's with lower list prices, and this one was out of our price range. It was a very comfortable experience all together. I almost forgot Reta was trying to sell us a car! We told Reta that we liked the TB very much, but it was more than we were looking to spend on a tow vehicle only to be used on summer weekends. She went to GM Dan Schwebke, who came back with her and made us an offer we couldn't refuse. We made a handshake deal, and I returned 3 days later to sign the paperwork. It was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever been a part of. Side note: I had a very bad experience two nights prior at Kingdom Chevy in Chicago, where they kept me hanging for an hour before even letting me drive the TB, then tried to sell it to me without disclosing that the odometer was rolled back 100,000 miles. Reta, Dan, Don, Emily, and Paul at Westphal restored my faith in Chevy. More
