I have dealt with Hagerstown Honda for over 15 years. The Service department has always been amazing. Buying a new vehicle has never been the easiest process as it is extremely time consuming. After The Service department has always been amazing. Buying a new vehicle has never been the easiest process as it is extremely time consuming. After over a year of trying to decide I found my vehicle. Well actually I went to have my current car serviced and ended up talking to Paul, then a test drive, and oh well I had to have it. Paul was great, not overbearing. He is amazing at explaining the numerous technical and non technical things about your vehicle. Money man Chad was equally as pleasant and so easy to work with. Hagerstown Honda and especially their service department is the main reason for buying my 4th Honda vehicle. More
