I genuinely tried to give this dealership the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple experiences, it’s clear Colonial Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM has no interest in helping customers once the sale is complete the doubt, but after multiple experiences, it’s clear Colonial Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM has no interest in helping customers once the sale is complete. This dealership actually broke my last Jeep, and now I’m dealing with a new recall and safety issue on my current Jeep — and Colonial has been completely unhelpful at every step. When I contacted them for assistance, I was met with dismissive responses, minimal effort to investigate, and a general attitude that my concerns weren’t their problem. To make matters worse, they refused to help me get into a new car or even provide a rental/loaner despite the recall posing a potential fire risk. The lack of urgency or concern for customer safety is unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with their service department. Previous repairs were misdiagnosed, tires put on the wrong wheels, lights "replaced" to only burn out weeks later. On top of all of that, communication was inconsistent, and I left each visit with more questions and problems than answers. It’s incredibly frustrating dealing with a dealership that clearly does not prioritize customer safety or basic customer support. They quite literally broke my car to put in fraudulent warranty claims. At this point, I’ve had to go directly through Stellantis because Colonial has repeatedly failed to assist me. My family, friends, and I will NEVER return to any Colonial store or do business with them again after this experience. Based on everything I’ve gone through, I strongly recommend choosing another Jeep/Chrysler service center if you want clear communication, accurate service, and accountability. More

Total lack of communication. At least 4 emails to 3 different reps / managers ignored (still) after almost 2 weeks. Bought a used truck (accident free but it’s obviously had body work done) and paid for tire warranty because I drive a lot. When they were unable to repair a tire that was losing air due to a pre-existing patch I needed a new tire. But I was told ABS, 4WD etc would be screwed up unless I replaced ALL tires, of course. Offered 4 options but given no info (written, printed or verbally) on what brand / edition I would get. Emailed 3x prior to replacement for that info and never got a reply. Luckily the tires were nice. Before that the truck was in service twice over the bad tire and neither time did they put air in the tire so when I left the tire was still super low (both times I was told they filled the tire). It took 4 trips and 2 1/2 days lost work before the warranty was honored and I got the new tire (which still cost me almost $900 for the other tires and urged alignment - on a truck I bought from them ) months ago. Totally regrettable experience from the day I stopped in looking for a truck. More
