At my oil change I let the tech know about a vibrating noise I was hearing, they checked it out for me and turned out it was my whole exhaust system. Always extremely friendly and answer all my questions when I call or go in to get service. The new location in Rochester is a major upgrade from the Somersworth location as well. The waiting area for customers is comfortable and they keep you informed while you are waiting for your vehicle. More

I have had my GMC Terrain serviced at this dealership 3 - 4 times in the last couple years. I always have a very good and positive experience. They are always quick to respond to messages left for the servi 4 times in the last couple years. I always have a very good and positive experience. They are always quick to respond to messages left for the service department. I have mostly dealt with Kristy and she is great!! Kristy always makes sure to explain what needs to be fixed, reviews a break down of costs, and even helps in letting you know what fixes are priorities and what can be left for a follow-up visit. I love that they give updates via text messages. Their waiting room is super comfortable, clean, and equipped with multiple power outlets which is great because I always work remotely whenever I have to wait for my vehicle. There are also free coffee and snacks. They have a loyal customer in me. I highly recommend Key GMC of Rochester. More
