Edduin was great throughout the process. Though it was a new model he walked me through the system and setting up the application. I live in the Hudson Valley and located a Certified S90 online at Huntington Volvo, some two hours away from my location. Edduin was knowledgeable and helpful from our first phone call. Knowing that I wa online at Huntington Volvo, some two hours away from my location. Edduin was knowledgeable and helpful from our first phone call. Knowing that I was traveling long distance to see the car, he called me the night before my appointment to confirm that the vehicle was still available. He worked hard with me to get a deal done and I drove home in the car that day. Since then, he has been helpful if I had a question or concern. The Service Department has been helpful and professional as well. I highly recommend Edduin and this dealership. More

in summer of 2020 I had a few problems with my used in summer of 2020 I had a few problems with my used Volvo I bought, including the fact that I had to the unlock button dozens of time for the ca in summer of 2020 I had a few problems with my used Volvo I bought, including the fact that I had to the unlock button dozens of time for the car to open. I am not kidding if it is less than 10 times I feel like the car is functioning well, every morning when I have to leave it is usually between 20-40 clicks of the button for the car to open, now most people would say “must be the batter”… but that doesn’t make sense because at the time the car was a year and a half old, and it happened every single time with both keys, so I brought the car to Huntington Volvo to have this issue resolved, they gave me the car back the next day and told me it was a software issue and is now fixed, they were very much wrong! I contacted them back a few months later and explained to the woman who was making my new appt the situation again, and her response was “what is your phone number?” now for a company that claims through their automated that they provide “exceptional” service, I could not believe a simple apology for the matter I was dealing with could exit this woman’s mouth at the same time, so I said “everything I just explained to you are things you claimed were fixed the first time (there was an issue with the sunroof too) so you really can’t say sorry” her response was another “what is your phone number?” so in a moment of shock, after spending $35k+ on a European automobile thinking that I would receive even a shred of empathy when the service provided is up to absolutely no one’s standards seeing that my car was still giving me the same problems, I used an expletive to describe this woman’s attitude, actions and overall demeanor, since then they have REFUSED to take my car in and due the repair they promised me to begin with, when if they would’ve just taken the time to do the right thing and fix it in the first place, this issue would have never come up, since the I have also contacted Volvo of NA multiple times just to have them tell me there is nothing that they can do, as a matter of fact there is, STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT, and make the dealerships that you license your name to stand behind the product as well, as someone who was going to be in the market for a XC60 for my fiancé, I do not feel as if Volvo or any of their local dealers is deserving of my business now, and frankly I would not feel comfortable buying a bumper sticker from them after this experience More

I now have had 3 Volvos and will not go to any other dealership than Huntington Volvo. From the 2 valets that greet you, Albert and Juan to my favorite advisor, Joe Tiso, the service is better than gre dealership than Huntington Volvo. One of the best experience I been a customer her for two long years, (My car ended up being repurchased by Volvo) so I spent quiet some time dealing with this service department I been a customer her for two long years, (My car ended up being repurchased by Volvo) so I spent quiet some time dealing with this service department, and I must admit they have been helpful, professional, courteous from the beginning to the end. Every service department should strive at least to be half good as this one. More

Service Avoid this dealership at all costs! Sales staff were great and very helpful in facilitating the lease of my 2017 XC 60. The Huntington Volvo service d Avoid this dealership at all costs! Sales staff were great and very helpful in facilitating the lease of my 2017 XC 60. The Huntington Volvo service department on the other hand, are incompetent. I have brought my XC 60 into Huntington Volvo service 3 times within the first 5 months of the lease for a check engine light, faulty breaks, a rear fender that just mysteriously popped out and a defective driver's seat. HV service was able to identify the source of the check engine light and repair it and put the rear fender back in the correct position. The front brakes still don't work properly and the driver's seat back still moves (after 3 attempts by HV service to repair it). I have been told that my seat is more stable "than most other Volvos, so it should be fine". Having to go to HV service 3 times within the first 5 months of the lease has been a huge inconvenience to me and all for a car that sells for more than $45K! More
