WARRANTY PROGRAM WORKS!!!!!!! Incredible Service!!! My experience at Midland Honda was excellent. I am the type to be suspicious of sales people of any kind, but "Christopher Graham" was very friendly, My experience at Midland Honda was excellent. I am the type to be suspicious of sales people of any kind, but "Christopher Graham" was very friendly, helpful, and honest! He worked with me on my trade and gave me a great deal on my 2016 Honda Civic ex. He walked me through all the features of 2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L prior taking me for a test drive. I highly recommended you to meet a Mr. Graham and buy a car from him. I think every dealership need a Mr. Graham (workaholic). Thank you again Mr. Graham for all your help. I appreciate it. Moreover, I usually do my car service with Midland Honda. They always provides me with top notch service. I make appointments and they are ready for me when i arrive and my services is always completed in a timely manner. More

Miguel, Service Rep This has been a long time coming. Miguel is the nicest, most honest young man I have ever met. I'm a widow and he has helped me immensely over the l This has been a long time coming. Miguel is the nicest, most honest young man I have ever met. I'm a widow and he has helped me immensely over the last 6-7 years. He is honest, up front and is very, very customer orientated. he consistently checks on me and keeps me posted while I'm waiting for my car. He explains all to me that service department has done and also advises me when my next service maintenance is due and what to expect and ball park figure of cost. He always answers my emails to him even tho I know how busy he is and is willing to explain things to me when I have questions. I have asked his advise/opinion of the HR-V that I'm interested in, always facts and no bull with him. I truly trust him and appreciate him and value his opinion. Honda should be very, very proud to have such a wonderful person representing them. Kudos to Miguel and Honda. Please make sure Miguel sees this and please put I. His personnel file. Thanks!!!! More

I have never given any bad reviewd, but this dealership deserves one.My daughter came in and bought a car. she had to go alone, being that I'm going through breast cancer treatments and couldn't go with her. I'm very proud of her, purchasing her first car by herself, but she was taken advantage of. She doesn't make much money and she's having to take care of me on top of it. she bought 2014 mazda. when she brought it home, I looked at it. it is a pretty car, but the windshield had big crack (that keeps moving), the interior is very dirty, the tail light was broke and the rear bumper is cracked on one side and knocked up on the bottom o the other side, so bad the deflector is only partially in. I pointed them out to her and she didn't even know, being she didn't know what to look for. the interior she did notice and was told, they would make it right, along with the snags in the seats. she noticed the windshield crack on the way hom (a hour drive, one way) because it got bigger coming home and is still growing across drivers side. it started from rear view mirror location. I told her to call the salesman, being she said, she bought the car from thete, because she felt she could trust them. welk, the salesman said he knew about the damge, but di dnt feel the need to point it out, since she did not notice. she did not know what to look for, she just needed a nice car really bad, and took a chance on trusting them. My daughter was taken advantage of. finally, she was told to bring the car in. when she got there, she was told she would have to come back another day. she did. they replaced the taillight and said they fixed the rear bumper. they did not and when asked about it,they told her they would call her to make it right. they told her to claim the windshield on her insurance. I've never heard of a dealership, treating customers so bad. they ignore her calls and brush her off. all she wants, is for everything to be made right. My daughter has too much on her right now and shouldn't have to deal with this. my bank put midlands homes on the board at every branch, to earn customers not to use them and are keeping for theirselves, to refer customers to stay away from the dealership. sincerely, n mcclendon More

Great rental experience! I am filing this review under service because it seems like the most appropriate category for this review. I was very impressed with the rental exper I am filing this review under service because it seems like the most appropriate category for this review. I was very impressed with the rental experience that I had with Midlands Honda. I wanted a vehicle to travel up to DC for the weekend and I really wanted a Honda (since I am planning to buy one next year). I contacted Ray at Midlands and he was able to quickly provide me a quote. It was very good. On the day of the rental, he even called me to confirm the reservation. That was very good customer service. He informed me that the Civic (which I reserved) was not available and they were going to upgrade me at no cost to the Accord. When i got to the dealership, the checkout process couldn't have been simpler. The deposit was $100 and that's it. The car I was given was absolutely awesome! It was an Accord EX-L Coupe with all the bells and whistles. Only thing it didn't have was Honda Sensing (and those are hard to come by). That would have been great on a road trip. The only issue I had with the car was the remote transmitter battery was low. I had to replace it. It would have probably been fine but I am anal about things like that. I will be using them again when I go out of town! I really hope the next time, the new Civic is available. I really really want to try that out. More

During my recent NEGATIVE experien April 2012, I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord V6 which now has a settled class action suit due to its faulty engine. During my recent NEGATIVE experience with the service department and avoiding an accident during my vacation due to an inferior part, I decided to purchase a new Honda Accord while waiting for the service department to repair my car. I must commend Mr. Green for providing the utmost professional and pleasant sales experience that I have ever encountered. He was very knowledgeable of the product and addressed all questions and concerns with ease. Mr. Green's attitude and personality turned my most recent negative experience with the service department into a smile!! I will certainly refer all my friends and family to Mr. Green when they are searching for a vehicle. Mr. Sanders was great in elaborating on the questions/concerns during my financing experience. There was no pressure to purchase any any additional insurance/warranty. More
