The service writer Paul was outstanding. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the recent recall on my 2018 CRV. The dealership overall was clean but lacking in brochures for all Ho He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the recent recall on my 2018 CRV. The dealership overall was clean but lacking in brochures for all Honda models. I was interested in the new CRV and wanted to see what accessories was available. There was some type of catalog on display but it was outdated for most models. In the waiting area for service, there was no information or direction for any beverages or snacks. As part of the service writer's job it would be nice to mention this to the customer before entering that area. More

Would not recommend for service. Very hard to reach the service department. I have been without a car for 5 days and wanted to get an update and it took almost an hour to reach som Very hard to reach the service department. Spoke with Wesley the service manager and was rude and disrespectful. More

By far the worst customer service I have ever experience from a dealership and a person. Paul has made my experience with Scott Clark Honda a terrible one. My car has been brought in to the shop 3 times now from a dealership and a person. Paul has made my experience with Scott Clark Honda a terrible one. My car has been brought in to the shop 3 times now and two of those times I was told there would be a Odyssey or Pilot for my big family. I am currently here now for the second time at 7:30am and they were not prepared for me again. Not only are you put of your own vehicle for days for an electrical issue but then you have to deal with terrible customer service with everyone here. I would not recommend this dealship or any of the workers. More
