Oxmoor Toyota was the most professional, friendliest and no pressure to buy car dealership I have ever been to. My wife and I drove 3 1/2 hours to look at a truck we saw on the Oxmoor website and it was wel no pressure to buy car dealership I have ever been to. My wife and I drove 3 1/2 hours to look at a truck we saw on the Oxmoor website and it was well worth the trip. We were greeted in the showroom with a pleasant and knowledgeable salesman (Cory) he made the whole process of buying a vehicle pleasant. I have bought several different cars at different dealerships and it was never a pleasant experience and to be honest I was expecting the same treatment at Oxmoor but I was wrong. We were treated like we were family buying a car; no pressure to buy, not rushed to make a decision. I would highly recommend if you are thinking about buying a new or used car give Oxmoor Toyota a chance you won’t be disappointed. I came into the dealership wanting out of a lease that was just not the right car for me. Doug Wolford, the lease purchasing agent went right to work. Set me up with a salesperson Matt and off we went on a test drive. I come back and we had a long way to go before I was going to be able to drive away in this new 18 Camry that I had already fallen in love with. We finally arrived at an agreeable sale and I have to say again everyone who worked on this deal was incredible and I would highly recommend this dealership. I know a lot of times reviews are negative and we never hear of the good experiences but I wanted to take the time to express my very positive experience at Oxmoor Toyota. More
