I spent the entire week speaking with Paul about a Kia Forte I was seriously interested in purchasing. I waited all Saturday morning for the vehicle to finally pass inspection so I could come in to test drive and complete the purchase. Once the car was cleared, I called Paul and let him know I was on my way—he knew I was committed. When I was just 20 minutes away, he didn’t even have the courtesy to call me. Instead, he texted to say the vehicle had been sold by one of his associates. No heads-up, no apology, just a last-minute message after I had waited and planned my entire day around this. This was a complete waste of my time and incredibly frustrating. It’s clear there was a serious lack of communication and professionalism at this dealership. I expected better from a business that claims to value customer relationships. Beware if you’re considering buying from here—especially if you’re making a special trip. More
