Cars are really expensive, and its true its best not to trade in a car if you can sell it to a private person. That said my experience was really good talking to them about a car, Paul and Ross were rea trade in a car if you can sell it to a private person. As of now I can NOT afford the cars available (They do not sell old cars, just newer used ones in great condition) , but THIS WILL BE WHERE I BUY MY CAR when that chnages. Price on ad was 28,355. market adjustment once you called in added 2500. agreed on price and then it was 33,524.00 . Fair, responsive, respectful. They did everything they said they would. I did the entire transaction from outside the state of NY and still received excellent customer service. Flew to NY when my car was ready and completed the transaction in person quickly so I could get on my way. Paul and Lisa were very professional and I highly recommend this dealership. More
