unbelievable They made me re write my review be cause the last one wasn't nice. To put it short, at night the salesmen at this dealership were throwing a football They made me re write my review be cause the last one wasn't nice. To put it short, at night the salesmen at this dealership were throwing a football in the middle of the sales floor. They were videotaping customers and making fun of them and they we're more interested in what girls they were hanging out with at night than doing their job. I also emailed the GM two times with no reply. The salesman here that I have delt with and my family has delt with are very unprofessional. If you walk into this dealership after 730pm expect to see employees playing football and making videos on their phones. I've seem videos on social media that were taken and posted. Very dissatisfied and surprised that all this goes on once the managers leave. More

Honest, hard working, great car buying experience. My GF and I spent hours and hours searching the internet and finally found the car we wanted, but it was 2 hours away! I called Faulkner, and was immediately put at ease by the professionalism, and respect I was given over the phone. The deanship worked with me over the internet, and phone to get the paperwork completed, and everything ready to go. Ask for PAUL he was SUPER helpful as well as the finance manger, they offered me a great rate, and gave me top dollar for me trade (and free coffee and doughnuts) They explained every feature, answered my questions, and have a bright well equipped dealership. They way buying a car SHOULD be every time. More

I have always been a Honda fan. Not anymore!!! There is simply no comparrison! I also paid attention to the customers who were waiting for the cars to be serviced. It looks like the service department is working very efficiently. There was not one customer who was complaining. The atmosphere was very welcoming. There was hot coffee, that you can actually see right away, and it was hot. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Paul to anyone looking for a car. More
