The sales process was very straight forward and quick. We were happy with our trade in value and interest rate. We were disappointed that our insurance company didn’t receive the documents they requested We were happy with our trade in value and interest rate. We were disappointed that our insurance company didn’t receive the documents they requested to be faxed to them so we had to go get a Carco inspection. Since this car was 5 years newer than our last we probably could have used a little more explanation of the features. More
