He didn't make us feel nervous, he was so nice and very honest with us. We just sat down, told him what I needed and he made sure that he got me a car that not only I would love, but one he personally trusts and feels is realiable for me. He spoke to us like we were all friends and it was so easy to just talk. That was honestly my favorite part. I could've cried when I left because I didn't think I would meet such nice car salesmen that seemed to care so much. :) Paul was also such a great help and did whatever he could to accommodate our situation. He was very nice and it seemed like he knew just what to do if anything came up. Thank you guys so much because now I can safely drive to and from school everyday and be confident that I will get there in one piece. I will always go to Preston! My wife and I were searching for a truck on the internet when we spotted what looke I had a great car buying experience at Preston Honda on Saturday! My wife and I were searching for a truck on the internet when we spotted what looked like a good one at Preston Honda. We decided to take a drive over and see the truck in person. We were met by Paul who took us on a great test drive. He was patient and professional and really allowed us to get a good feel for the vehicle. Once we arrived back and got down to business, I felt like I was a partner in the negotiations not the enemy. Though it may seem small they also gave me more than expected on my trade in. They realized that though it was just a car, I was giving them a period of my life. Many miles of family memories were being passed on to a new owner. Preston seemed to understand that and made me feel like they valued what I was bringing them. They truly bent over backwards to help close the deal at a good price. Additionally, a lot of dealers swear they are military/veteran friendly, but are just using military appreciation as a gimmick. Preston put their money where their mouth is. With a number of vets employed there I knew I was getting the straight story that we vets expect from each other. I have bought a few cars in my day and I never felt good about the deal. On Saturday my wife and I both left with a smile on our face and a new preferred place to buy vehicles. It was well worth the 50 minute trip from Butler. Awesome Dealership My son was looking for Honda Civic Si. He went online and built what he wanted. Sent out for internet quotes to dealers. He got 3 or 4 dealer quotes. Read all quotes but this dealer and Kurt internet manager came back with the best quote and explained everything so easily and clear. From there it was smooth sailing. They found his car in no time cause they did not have one on lot at the time. Got there and Paul took down all info that was needed. Mark walked him through all paper work really fast.
