A five star, hassle free, worry free experience! Where do I start? I didn't think that buying a car would be so easy. But it was. My vehicle is 10 years old and I've been due for a new car for a while now. I've been putting it off due to other life circumstances. When I walked into the dealership, I was greeted very warmly by the desk staff & that is when I met Paul Macchi. This is only the 3rd car that I have purchased in my entire life, but he is hands-down the best salesman that I've ever dealt with. In fact, at times it did not even feel like I was dealing with a Salesman. He asked me to stay in the warm building while he brought the car around for me to test drive. We went on a test drive and it was very enjoyable and laid back. There was absolutely no pressure or sales tactics whatsoever. I truly felt like I was buying what I wanted, and not just what they wanted to sell me. I have been to two other Chevy dealers in the MetroWest area, and both of them tried to sell me on cars that I did not want. Imperial was the first dealership I visited where I felt absolutely no pressure, and I felt like I was truly in charge of the situation. As a solo female buyer, this really goes a long way. Paul Macchi really put me at ease from the first moment we sat down to go over the numbers. I truly felt they gave me a fair allowance on my trade considering the condition it was in. Dave , the finance manager, was super friendly and easy to talk to. He made the back office finance process a lot less stressful. I was able to qualify for financing terms and a monthly payment that I can afford. Dave also did not aggressively try to sell me on extra warranty and coverages. I only purchased the coverages that I wanted. Again, there was no pressure at any point during the entire day. I have to pinch myself because sometimes I can't even believe that I actually bought a new car today! I now have peace of Mind knowing that I'm driving a safe, reliable car. And I have Imperial Chevrolet to thank for that. I absolutely recommend this dealership, especially Paul and Dave. They truly made me feel at ease from start to finish. Also, as a nice Finishing Touch, they gave me a voucher so I could grab a bite to eat next door at the Mendon Diner. It was an absolutely wonderful way to end the day. I can't wait to pick up my new Chevy Cruze! More

Paul talked us through the process until he turned us over to Ahmed to finalize the purchase. Ahmad continued with the professionalism and helpful demeanor that Paul had exhibited earlier. Ahmad explained the extended warranty and process and we determined that it was well worth the expense. At pick up,Paul continued his excellent service.
