This transaction went really well. It was difficult since my previous lease ended at a time when it was almost impossible to order a new car. Paul did a great job of keeping up on the latest opportunities and was finally able to get me the car I wanted - only one feature, the 360 degree top-down camera option, was not available - no fault to anyone on the sales staff. The old lease turn in and the new purchase took a total of about an hour at the dealership with no issues whatsoever. Jamar was very well prepared to quickly dispatch with the necessary transactions and was able to answer all my questions. Susan is extremely knowledgable and was very good at gettiing me going - although I will be back with questions for her as I am accumulating a list of things I'm having trouble navigating on my own (e.g., digital key options).
