Best Service Department I’ve Ever Dealt With I bought a Buick from Ettleson in May and I brought the car in for service yesterday. I’ve never been impressed with Other GM service departments, the I bought a Buick from Ettleson in May and I brought the car in for service yesterday. I’ve never been impressed with Other GM service departments, they were just ‘okay’. These guys know how to do it right! Fast, friendly service, car wash and they treat each customer as if they are very important. I’ll definitely have my car serviced there regularly! More

In over 20 years we have only had four different service advisors and actually like to be able to get to know who to call if there is a question or need service, that's what I like about Ettleson, same for the salesmen always deal with the same. Car squeaks now on and off Brought my car in to have over $2500 worth of service/parts and ever since I got the car back it squeaks. Brought it in again and bcuz if didn’t squeak while there they can’t figure it out....always seems to squeak/squeal on way to work or way home and I don’t have time to turn car in opposite direction to take it to the dealer when it’s happening.....SO so far I’ve had to deal with it More

Brake Replacement I want to recognize Mike Schmidt for his excellent Customer Service. He provided me a service credit back in April due to an unpleasant experience in I want to recognize Mike Schmidt for his excellent Customer Service. He provided me a service credit back in April due to an unpleasant experience in regards to service on my radio. When it was time to use that credit on this past visit, he kept his word and allowed me to apply it to my brake repair. I was given some pushback from a Service Technician when I tried to use this credit, which was frustrating. My overall experience with Ettleson has not been the best but Mike Schmidt made the experience much better. More
